Mud pump valve inserts:
The valve insert is for triplex pump valve. It is made of urethane,rubber.
Dongli valve inserts are available in Nitrile ,Fluoroelastomer and Polyurethane material .For low pressure and normal operating conditions ,use Nitrile inserts.For high pressure and severe operating conditions,use fluoroelastomer and Polyurethane inserts .During closing ,the resilient valve insert makes first contact with the bevel on the seat and absorbs shock.and the service time is above 200 houres.
